Please fill out all fields of provided application form, save as a filename added with your name, and submit your application to IFAAP HQ (ifaap@hiroshima2018.com) with copy to your supervisor.
You should send by email with subject line: Student Travel Support.

An acceptance/approval email will be delivered before the conference with the signature of the general chair.
The amount of support will strongly depend on the number of applicants.
If you received the acceptance/approval email,
print out the application form and submit it to the Reception Desk of Tutorial Lecture on May 27 (Sun) to have the support in cash.
It should be stressed that the support will be canceled if you fail to attend the Tutorial Lecture or IFAAP.
