Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation
The time allotted to each oral presentation
Plenary talk: 45 min. (including discussion time)
Invited talk: 30 min. (including discussion time)
Invited talk (short): 15 min. (including discussion time)
Contributed talk: 15 min. (including discussion time)
Each oral session room comes equipped with a laser pointer, computer, LCD projector and screen. It is recommended for the presenters to bring a USB memory stick with their presentation (please make sure to run virus check before bringing the data) and copy your presentation file to the computer equipped in each session room before the start of the session. Presentation files must be in Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx or .ppt) or PDF (.pdf) format. Please use your presentation number and your family name as the name of presentation file, for example: 28am-I04_Tsurumi.pptx. At the end of the congress, we systematically remove and delete all presentation files in the computers.
For those who wish to use their own computers for the presentation, a VGA cable (D-sub 15pin connector) will be provided to connect to the projector. Please test that your computer and slides function properly before the session start.
Poster Presentation
The poster board size is 900 mm (width) × 1800 mm (height). We recommend A0 format (841 mm width × 1189 mm height) for your poster size.
The poster boards are numbered, and presenters are requested to set up their posters according to the allotted presentation numbers given in the final program. Pushpins will be provided onsite. Poster boards will be available on the day of the presentation after 13:00. All posters must be set up before the poster session start.
Posters must be removed immediately after the end of the poster session. All posters remaining on the boards after 19:00 will be disposed of.
