Student Poster Competition / Student Poster Award


Student Poster Award
The IFAAP 2018 organizing committee is honored to inform you about "Student Poster Award" to the outstanding poster presentations. The awards will be given to about 16 students with three different prizes such as "Gold", "Silver" and "Bronze", accompanied with "Certificate" and "Special Rewards".

The applicants of the Student Poster Award have to choose 'yes' for 'Submit to Student Poster Competition?' at the bottom of abstract submittion page when they submit their abstract.

The poster presentations will be held on Monday and Tuesday afternoon. The winners will be awarded at the IFAAP 2018 Banquet on Wednesday night.
No. of Awardee
Around 16 in total, including "Gold prize", "Silver prize", and "Bronze prize" (Number of each prize is not seriously fixed.)
Eligibility
1. The applicants must be current graduate students at their poster presentations.
2. The applicants must be the first author of their submitted paper and make the presentation by themselves.
3. The applicants of the Student Poster Award have to choose 'yes' for 'Submit to Student Poster Competition?' at the bottom of abstract submission page when they submit their abstract.
Award Procedure
1. The award committee will review and evaluate the abstract quality, the poster itself, and the poster presentation.
2. The award committee will select about 16 winners by Tuesday night, and will contact them by E-mail.
3. The winners will be invited free of charge to the IFAAP 2018 Banquet, and then, awarded. You will see what is the "Special Rewards" there.
